How will I know if I answered my question? How will I know if I did my job well?

It is always a good idea to compare your final product with a checklist or rubric. George Mason University has a very good Writing Center Revision Checklist and Editing Guidelines that you may use for this purpose.

Additional questions to ask yourself when evaluating your work include: Am I proud of the final product? Was it effective? Is it my best work? Did my research provide all available resources? Was the quality of these resources the best? How could I do better the next time?
