School Wide Recognitions Family Fun Run—Greatest Number of Participants Award (over 700)
This is the fourth year in a row that Seaside Elementary’s Families have supported the Leukemia Society and the Myrtle Beach Family Fun Run with the greatest number of participants.

The Junior Lifeguard Program was recognized as a model program worldwide. Recognized by the Education Oversite Committee for "Closing the Gap" between our poverty/nonpoverty students. Received the Superintendent Service Learning Award.
