ALL STUDENTS MUST SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY. Acceptable documentation of physical addresses includes: Current water/sewer bill
Current electric bill
Current signed rental agreement showing physical address of property
Approved transfer form
Proof of guardianship (completed form, cannot accept word of mouth)
Valid receipt AND letter on property letterhead indicating student is staying in a hotel or rental condo for long term
DRIVER'S LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
