SUBSTITUTE CAFETERIA AND CUSTODIAN

 Those interested in substitute cafeteria and custodian work must submit ALL of the following:

1. Application - Resume may be attached; however, work history on the application must be totally completed. (Click here for form).
2. Disclosure and Consent form - Allows Horry County Schools to do a criminal backgroud investigation.(Click here for form)
3. Education -  Proof of highest level of education (i.e. copy of high school diploma, GED or college degree, transcripts). You must have a high school diploma or GED in order to work for Horry County Schools.
4. Negative TB Test Results – Must be on this TB Form (Click here for form). TB tests are administered by the Conway Health Department (by appointment); area Urgent Care centers, Doctors Care; or your personal physician.  The test requires 72 hours for final results.
