Pay Notice Change:
We have implemented a self-service system to allow employees online access to their direct deposit statements.  New statements will be available every payday.  You will also be able to view and print previous statements.  Effective June 15, 2009 we will no longer deliver printed statements of direct deposit.

Also, beginning June 15th, 2009 live checks will be mailed from the district office to your home address.  Please verify that the address printed on your paycheck is correct.  We will be following the District's policy for replacing lost checks.  For more information about the District's payroll policy or direct deposit please click here.

We are changing the way employees are paid in the summer.  Employees who work less than 240 days will no longer receive multiple checks on June 30th.  Instead, all employees will be paid twice a month, over 12 months, from their start date. More information is available on our 2008-09 Payroll Changes page.

New regulations created by the Treasury Department and the IRS have made us change the way we monitor and process 403(b) benefits.  If you are a contributing employee or are interested in contributing to a 403(b) account, please visit our 403(b) pages for more information.  There is an FAQ page that you should read to make sure you understand some of the limitations in our 403(b) plan.
