Registration for New Students

2024-25 Registration for students' grades K-12 opened in May 2024.  (This includes any student who was not enrolled in a Horry County School at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.)

You will be asked to upload the following documents during registration: 

• Proof of residency
• Student’s birth certificate
• Student’s immunization records

Once you have completed the registration and received a Snapcode from your school, click here to complete the registration process.

Registration for Returning Students

Each student must be fully registered for the current academic school year 2024-2025. 

Registration for returning students begins each spring for the upcoming school year. Returning students who completed the 2024-25 school year at HCS may visit the Parent Portal and follow the instructions provided to register to return for the 2025-2026 school year. After logging into the Portal, click on the white arrow icon to access online registration.

Students who attended a district school for a portion of the current school year, yet did not complete the school year at HCS, are required to register as new students.
