• Lisa Melchione


    Lisa Melchione: Prior to being named the principal at Socastee Middle School Lisa Melchione served as an assistant principal at Socastee Elementary for two years and was an assistant principal and instructional coach at Forestbrook Middle School for a total of four years. She was a math teacher at St. James Middle School for 10 years prior to entering administration. Mrs. Melchione is a graduate of Socastee High and loves serving in the community she grew up in.  e-mail Mrs. Melchione




    Sharon Arruda

    Sharon Arruda grew up in Horry County and graduated from Socastee High School. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Education and also a degree in Accounting. In addition to that, she has an M. ED in Technology and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. She has taught middle school math for the last 20 years. Ms. Arruda shares, “I have a terrific family and great friends. I enjoy the outdoors and many weekends are spent out on boat fishing. I have a daughter, Isley, who is currently in medical school at South Carolina and I am a proud mom.  e-mail Ms. Arruda
