Technology Club

The annual HCS Technology Fair will be held this year on March 29, 2023 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. This community event is an opportunity for students and teachers to showcase their skills using technology to enhance and enrich their education.

Students from Myrtle Beach Primary will design and create a project that incorporates the use of technology in a variety of categories, including 3-D printing, video production, website design, programming, robotics, and digital game design. Our Technology Club team will compete against other K-2 students from elementary schools across the district; on the day of the Technology Fair, a panel of judges will award prizes to the top projects in each category.

The Technology Club meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday in the Library Media Center from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Students can use the time to work on their projects, collaborate with each other, and get guidance and advice from teacher sponsors.

Please plan to join us on March 29th at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The HCS Technology Fair is free and open to the public; family and friends are invited and encouraged to attend!
