Each year the College of Charleston invites students of color and students who are considered first generation to apply for one of their signature pre-college summer programs; Junior Project and Senior Project. Please consider learning more about these programs that may benefit from a pre-college experience on a college campus.
Junior Project is a pre-college program for rising high school juniors and focuses on Leadership Development. This year Junior Project is scheduled for June 24- June 28, 2018. To learn more about this outstanding program visit our website at
Senior Project is a pre-college program (since the summer of 2009) for rising high school seniors that focuses on the college admissions process. Senior Project is scheduled for July 15 – July 20, 2018. To learn more about Senior Project visit our website at
All students recommended will be contacted by the College of Charleston admissions office and instructed to complete the online application process that includes the submission of an essay, high school transcript, and test scores. Additionally, please note that there is a program fee of $150 for each program. This minimum fee covers test prep, housing, meals, and off campus excursions. Spaces are limited for each program.
