MBM PTO Spirit Rock Guidelines

  • Remember to tag pictures of your Spirit Rock designs on social media (facebook, instagram, and/or twitter) using #MBMSeahawkstrong.

    Please read: No glitter, No glue of any sort or 3D objects can be used when painting the rock. These items are hard to get off and paint over for the next reservation.

    To rent the rock: 


    STEP 1 - Click here https://www.horrycountyschools.net/Myrtle_Beach_Middle_School to see the Spirit Rock Calendar and check the availability of the date you desire.


    STEP 2 - If your date is available, send an email to myrtlebeachmiddlepto@gmail.com requesting to reserve the date. Please include your name, child’s name and type of message you are painting.


    STEP 3- The Spirit Rock Coordinator will respond to confirm that the date is available for rental.


    STEP 4- Payments can be dropped off in the front office in cash or checks made payable to “MBMS PTO”, please include your name, child’s name and reservation date(s) when submitting payments. We also accept credit and debit cards. Pay within 24 hours after receiving a confirmation email to secure the reservation. Payments can be made at https://myrtlebeachmiddleptomerch.square.site . There will be a service charge attached for using a card payment.


    STEP 5 - Your reservation will be published to the calendar and reserved once payment has been processed and you will receive a 2nd email confirming your reservation. If your payment is not received in the time frame, PTO reserves the right to offer the date to someone else.
