Management Advisory Group Salary Study

  • Horry County Schools has contracted with Management Advisory Group, Inc. (MAG) to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study for the district.  MAG will provide a market comparison of the salary schedules for the District to our peers and competitors. The goal of this study is the creation of a competitive classification and compensation system that would facilitate the District’s ability to attract and retain highly qualified employees.

     As a part of the study, MAG is requesting that non-teaching professionals and support staff employees complete an electronic job analysis questionnaire that collects information on current job duties and responsibilities.  Please click here to get started.

    • Job Analysis Questionnaire Link – www.magintl.org
      • Your user ID and password is your employee ID number.  If your employee ID number has leading zeros, please leave them off.
    • The deadline for completion is 2/6/2020.
    • Attached to this e-mail are two documents.  These documents address frequently asked questions and tips on completing the job analysis questionnaire.
    • The job analysis questionnaire must be completed in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox.  The questionnaire cannot be completed on any Mac system or cell phone.
