    Kloe Gregory (Senior) won the MB Airport Art Contest with her Mailo in Japan oil painting.  Her work will be hung in the terminal for one year.  She also won 1st place in the SC State Fair in 3D for her Wrapped around Music painted Octopus on a Violin.  Congratulations Kloe!

    Summerton Moore (Sophomore) won the Wonderworks SC/NC art contest for her black and white photo of a trash bag -- following the theme this year, Brought to Light. This brings light to the litter we see every day.  Congratulations Summerton!

    The Fall Drama Club is performing their production of The Video Gamapalooza by: Don Zolidis. Take a trip through the history of all of our popular video games we know and love like Pong, Pacman, Tetris, Fortnite, and more! Performances will be here at Socastee on Thursday, November 30th, Friday, 12/1, and Saturday, 12/2 at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the door!

    For the 2022-2023 School Year South Carolina School Boards Association (SCBSA) Conference, music ensembles from across the state had the opportunity to provide entertainment via recorded video. Socastee High's jazz band was among those selected to submit a video. Under the direction of William Jung, here is their performance of the Dave Brubeck classic, Take Five.
