• The Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica is national honor society for high school students enrolled in Spanish and is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. We recognize students who demonstrate exemplary academic achievement in languages, overall academic performance and a commitment to serving their local community. To join students must: 

    1) have an A average in Spanish; 

    2) have a 3.75 GPA 

    3) pay $20 fees & 

    4) participate in meetings

    5) never had disciplinary actions 

    6) complete community service projects 

    7) be a sophomore and have completed Spanish level 2.

     

    Our CHS Chapter name is Lucas Vázquez de Ayllón and our motto is "¡Todos a una!" ("All Together for One Goal").
