OBMS Student of the Week

Congratulations to this week's OBMS Student of the Week, 6th grader - Richard "RJ" Bulkley. Nominated by Ms. Victoria Mysholowsky who says, "RJ has modeled awesome collaboration with peers and deeper thinking in the first five weeks of school. RJ is a well-mannered young man and will continue to be a positive role model in the classroom!" Nice job RJ!

Congratulations to this week's OBMS Student of the Week - Jennifer Rodriguez Mendoza.  Nominated by Ms. Jackie Hubbard who says, "Jenny comes into class every day with a smile.  Even with some language barriers, she strives to do her very best and to learn new things.  She is friendly and respectful to her peers and is always quick to lend a helping hand.  It has been a pleasure to have her in the art room."  Congrats Jennifer!

Our Week 4 OBMS Student of the Week is Gabryel Ferreira De Oliveira.  He was nominated by Mrs. Hannah Albino who says, "Gabryel has gone above and beyond since we’ve come back to school.  He has been extremely helpful in supporting his peers in and out of the classroom.  Gabryel has been engaged and participating in every lesson in math, and is also always willing to lend his teachers a helping hand."  Keep up the amazing work Gabryel!  

Congratulations to this week's OBMS Student of the Week - Emilio Miranda.  Nominated by Mrs. Williams who says, "Emilio is a joy to have visit the Library! He is always so polite and mannerly when speaking with adults and his peers. He is a wonderful role model.  His smile is contagious!"  Congratulations Emilio on a job well done!

Congratulations to Paige Harder, our Week 2  OBMS Student of the Week. Paige was nominated by Ms. Mysholowsky who says, “Paige has made a wonderful transition to middle school where she sets a positive example every day in class. Paige has a sweet heart, is respectful to her teachers and peers, as well as demonstrates excellence in the classroom!” Great work Paige! 

Congratulations to this week's Student of the Week, 7th Grader, Dawson Brandstetter! Dawson was nominated by Mrs. Cindy Lilly who says, "Dawson has completely impressed me the first week of school. Not only has he been an active part of our classroom activities contributing and making our learning richer, but he has displayed a form of kindness and compassion that most children have a hard time obtaining at this age. He is a fine young man who I look forward to seeing incredible things from this year." Keep up the good work Dawson!
