Navy Junior ROTC stresses these core values and much more. We are an elective course that can be taken for the required PE credit needed to graduate. The daily curriculum contains academics in citizenship, patriotism, leadership, teamwork, Naval History, and Naval Operations. The curriculum also includes uniform wear, military drill, and Physical Fitness. We take field trips to places like Patriots Pointe, Fort Sumter, and Norfolk Virginia. A student can take NJROTC all four years of high school and progress up the "chain of command" to become commanding officer of the unit.

Extracurricular activities included in our program are:

    Drill Team

    Marksmanship (Rifle Team)

    Academic Team (JROTC)

    Orienteering Team

    Color Guard

These teams practice during non-school hours and compete in competitions with other JROTC units.
