Message from Athletic Director
Barry Brooks, Athletic Director
The athletic program at Loris High School is an integral part of the education process. Athletics is an extension of the classroom. Athletics offer a positive and meaningful experience that will enhance the growth and development of all young men and women who participate in sports.
All student athletes are encouraged to participate in as many different interscholastic sports as possible. The Athletic department at Loris High School offers 25 interscholastic sport teams for those students who have the physical skills and appropriate attitude for their respective sports. It is important that Loris High School athletes make a commitment to themselves, teammates and to the Loris Community. They should always represent Loris High School in a positive way. Participation on an athletic team is a privilege and not a right. Therefore high standards of conduct on and off the playing courts and fields will be expected of all students who participate in athletics.
Be sure to come out and support all of our student athletes throughout the year. They work very hard to represent Loris High School in a positive way.

Core Course GPA:
This is an easy way for parents to sign their kids up for Core Course GPA. This will enable parents to keep up with their child’s core courses for NCAA athletic purposes.
