Tort Liability Insurance
General tort liability coverage is provided for employees and volunteers for acts done or omitted in good faith within the scope of their official duties with Horry County Schools.
Vehicle Liability Policy
Horry County Schools has a vehicle liability policy which covers all district-owned or district-leased vehicles. Excess coverage is provided for non-district vehicles with the employee’s or volunteer’s personal liability coverage being primary.
