HCS TV
HCS TV is the educational access channel operated by the Communications Department of Horry County Schools. Our mission is to educate and inform our audiences about the students, programs, and services of HCS and to provide enhanced learning opportunities for our schools and community.
HCS TV studios and offices are located at the Horry County Schools District Office. Our technological capabilities and services include field, studio, and live video production; video conferencing; and closed-circuit television.
