If you have received an enrollment package for ACA benefits, this page will help you understand your benefits and how to enroll in or refuse coverage.

Benefits are offered as part of the South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority (PEBA).  You can visit PEBA's website for more information.

As an eligible employee, you must complete the Notice of Election included in your package and return it to Payroll and Benefits Services within 30 days.  The Notice of Election is required even if you are refusing coverage.
