South Carolina Deferred Compensation Program
The South Carolina Deferred Compensation Program is a powerful tool to help you reach your retirement dreams. As a supplement to other retirement benefits or savings that you may have, this voluntary program allows you to save and invest extra money for retirement through before-tax and after-tax contributions in a 401(k) and/or 457 plan! Horry County Schools 403(b) Plan
All employees may enroll in the HCS 403(b) plan. US Omni & TSACG is the third party administrator for our plan. They list the current vendors participating in the plan. To enroll, contact your vendor of choice. Once your account is setup, your vendor will help you complete a salary reduction agreement with US Omni who will notify HCS of your enrollment. Once your account is receiving contributions, you can submit changes directly to US Omni using their web page.
