If you are trying to access your pay, benefit, and leave information from a computer that is connected to the HCS Network, follow the instructions below:
We are implementing a new internal payroll portal that employees may use to view pay, benefit, leave, and other information. This internal portal is only available on computers connected to the HCS network. To access the new portal, click the link below and enter your six-digit HCS employee ID number and your HCS network password. Do not forget the leading zeroes on your HCS employee ID.
If you have trouble logging in to the new portal, make sure the ID you entered is six digits (with leading zeroes) or contact the Technology Helpdesk at 843-488-6825 if you do not know your network password.
Note: This project is in its initial phase of roll out. Therefore, descriptions, page layouts, fonts may change as the project continues. Additional information is available on the payroll website.
If you are trying to access your direct deposit statements from a computer not connected to the HCS Network (home computer), follow the instructions below:
ALL POP-UP BLOCKERS MUST BE CONFIGURED TO ALLOW POP-UPS FROM THE SYSTEM. Many home computers are running several blockers at the same time. They may be running as part of a toolbar such as Google and Yahoo or they may be part of your antivirus software. Please make sure they are all configured properly.
