Exemptions to the Code

The Board of Education may exempt specific supplies or services from the purchasing procedures herein required or withdraw any exemptions provided for in this section. The District adopts the exemptions granted by the State Budget and Control Board both present and future. District Exemption Categories are granted by the Board of Education.
