Rookie Teacher of the Year

The Rookie Teacher of the Year program recognizes and celebrates outstanding teachers within the first three years of their careers while supporting teacher retention by highlighting early success. School honorees are nominated by their principals for professionalism, high-quality instruction, and a commitment to meeting the needs of all students. From these nominees, five finalists are selected, with the HCS Rookie Teacher of the Year recognized on March 26.
