•  Computer Science

Students in the computer science major will study the design and operation of computer hardware and software by developing problem-solving skills and the ability to apply computational thinking to real-world problems. Focusing on programming and coding, IT Fundamentals, robotics, cyber security, Interactive game design, and geographic information systems, students will be prepared for further study and the fast-paced world of technology. Work-based learning through mentoring, field trips and senior internships will allow students to showcase their education while gaining valuable experience. Participation in SKILLSUSA and TSA (Technology Student Association) is encouraged.
