I am a native of Ohio and a graduate of Liberty University. I lived in Norwalk, Ohio until I was 18 and joined the military. I served in the Air Force for 22 years as a C-130 Crew Chief, Flight Engineer and traveled the world; although, I was only stationed in North Carolina and Arkansas. While in NC, I vacationed in Myrtle Beach and after retiring from the military in Arkansas, decided to make our home here. I have two children at home and two that are grown as well as my wonderful wife, Tiffany. I initially completed my student teacher observations at St James High and wanted to be a permanent fixture ever since. However, I taught at Palmetto Bays Elementary and Virtual School for a total of 6 years before making the move to SJHS. I thoroughly enjoy serving as a Co Teacher in English 1 and 2 classes working with all students in need. I absolutely love the lightbulb moments in students when they realize, through something I said or question I asked, the answer they were looking for or concept they previously did not understand. Go Sharks! -

I am a native of Connecticut and a graduate of Central Connecticut State University. In Connecticut, I taught for fifteen years and had a career in business ten years prior to my teaching tenure. I moved to Murrells Inlet in July, 2017 after vacationing there for many years, and joined the St. James family shortly after. My greatest accomplishment and pride are my two children who are now grown. I love the beach, being outside in nature, traveling to the mountains, or going wherever my motorcycle will take me!
