The Learning Services division is comprised of dedicated staff members who provide services and support to the 56 schools and programs that serve approximately 45,000 students in Horry County. Learning Services includes schools and special programs, curriculum and instruction, professional development, Horry County Virtual School, early childhood programs, fine arts, federal programs, special education, and gifted education.

Learning Services, focusing on the core business of teaching and learning, strives to provide assistance to our students, parents, teachers, and school administrators to achieve the goals outlined in our mission.
