The Horry County Schools Learning Services Division is comprised of dedicated staff members who provide services and support to the 56 schools and programs that serve approximately 45,000 students in Horry County. Learning Services includes academics for all schools and special programs, curriculum and instruction, ESOL, assessment, professional development, early childhood programs, fine arts, federal programs, special education, and gifted education.
