• Registration for Returning Students

    Registration for returning students will begin on May 3, 2021. Returning students who completed the 2020-21 school year at HCS may visit the Parent Portal and follow the instructions provided to register to return for the 2021-2022 school year. After logging into the Portal, click on the white arrow icon to access online registration.

    Students who attended a District school for a portion of the current school year, yet did not complete the school year at HCS, are required to register as new students.

    Students who attended the Early Childhood Special Education or Child Development programs during the 2020-21 school year are considered returning students. 

    Registration for New Students

    22-23 Registration for students grades is open. (This includes any student who was not enrolled in a Horry County School at the end of the 2020-21 school year.)

    To begin the registration process, you must complete the pre-registration form for your school which can be accessed below.


    You will be asked to upload the following documents: 

    • Proof of residency
    • Student’s birth certificate
    • Student’s immunization records

    Once you have completed the registration and receive a Snapcode from your school, click here to complete the registration process.
