The 2022 PSAT test is coming soon!
The PSAT/NMSQT will be given at LHS on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at no cost to eligible students. HCS will pay for students to take the PSAT that are:
a. In the 10th grade (second year of high school).
b. In the 11th grade and scheduled in English 3 or 4 Honors, ENG AP Language/ ENG AP Literature, or PACE.
This test is also available to all other LHS students for an $18 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PSAT Tests must be administered in-person, so students must report to LHS to take the test. This applies to all homebound students. Practice booklets and questions can be found online at www.collegeboard.org.

The PSAT (which stands for Preliminary SAT) is not accepted on collegiate admissions applications; however, students can use the PSAT as practice for the SAT and ACT.
The duration of the PSAT is two hours and forty-five minutes and tests reading, writing, and math skills.
