    If you are interested in your child participating in the upcoming CogAT assessment for GT Screening, please complete the Parent Referral form linked here: Parent Referral Form.  Referral forms must be submitted by Monday, September 18th.  GT Screening and Identification Notification, information and various translations can be found here on the HCS website.  If you have any questions or need assistance in completing the parent referral form, please feel free to contact Mrs. Yingling.
