LCDR Marc McDowell
Career
LCDR McDowell is a native of Lincolnton, NC. He graduated with a BA from East Coast Bible College, Charlotte, NC in 1981, and from Erskine Theological Seminary, Due West, SC in 1988 with a Master of Divinity and in 2010 with a Doctor of Ministry. He also holds a diploma from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He served with the U.S. Navy and the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2017, including the Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan; the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit from Camp Lejeune, NC to Afghanistan in 2001; Camp Victory, Baghdad, Iraq in 2008; and the Detention Camps in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 2011-12. He is in this first year as the Senior Naval Science Instructor for the Conway High School NJROTC.

Career
A native of Conway, South Carolina Chief Hospital Corpsman Solomon D. Eagles enlisted in the Navy September of 1982 after completing 3 years of Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) at Conway High School. He served 22 years in the Navy and retired in September 2004. He has completed his ninth year as a Naval Science Instructor at Conway High School.

Chief Hospital Corpsman Eagles is married to the former Juanita Lawrence of Brooklyn, New York. They have two wonderful children: Destany 28, and Solomon Jr. 22.
