Outdoor events are subject to cancelation due to weather. These morning announcements may not include weather cancelations announced at 3:20 PM.

Additional support tutorials will begin Thursday Feb. 2nd and will remain every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30 in the mini auditorium. You do not need to sign up 

National Honor Society will be selling Auntie Anne’s Valentine’s Day Pretzel Grams in the cafeteria during all lunches.  Send a Valentine’s Day Gram to yourself, your best friend, or your favorite teacher.  Valentine’s Day Grams will be delivered on February 14th during 2nd block.  Students get to choose between a classic pretzel or a cinnamon sugar pretzel.  Valentine’s Day Grams are $5.00 and can be purchased up to Friday, February 10th.

Any student in need of community service hours, see Mr. Winkler to sign up to help work the Michael Nash Soccer Tournament.

Applications are now open to apply to SC Chamber of Commerce’s Business Week.  During these workshops, students form mock companies to learn more about business and leadership skills by partnering with leaders from the major companies across South Carolina.  As a result of participating in the Business Week, students could earn scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $12,000.  Business week is open to any current 10th, 11th, or 12th grader.  More information is located on the bulletin board outside the Guidance Office.

 In Celebration of Black History Month, we invite you to wear your African Attire (Garb) on Wednesday, February 15.  African Garb consists of dashiki tops, skirts, Madiba shirts, robes and any other garments rich in festive colors, intricate patterns, and figurative symbols.

Could you use some extra cash? Are you a singer? Sign up to compete in our solo singing competition: Chief Idol. No audition necessary - join the Google Classroom on blue posters around the school. Signup by Tuesday, Feb 7th.

Leftover books in your backpack from 1st semester English class? Please drop them off in the library.
