Important News from our School Nurse and Health Services

An End of Year Message from our School Nurse:

May 1, 2024

Dear Parent/Guardian,

As the end of the school year approaches, I would like to remind you to pick up your child’s medication(s) from the school nurse. Our medication policy requires the disposal of ALL medication, prescription and non-prescription, that are not picked up by the date and time indicated below. (This includes emergency medications such as Inhalers and EpiPens/AuviQ). The school cannot store any medication over the summer.

You will need to have all medication(s) picked up by May 31, 2024 at 3:30pm. If your child’s medication is not picked up, it will be destroyed and discarded.
Please remember a parent/guardian or designated responsible adult must pick up the medicine by the date indicated on this form. Medication(s) cannot be sent home with students. If you need to make special arrangements to pick up the medication(s), please contact me.

Thank you for allowing me to assist you in meeting your child’s health care needs at school.
