As we near the second semester, parents will have the option to change their child’s instructional model. The second semester begins on January 18, 2022.

Parents of Current K-12 HCS Virtual Students

During the week of November 10-19, parents will have the opportunity to make a commitment for their student to return to the brick-and-mortar school setting for second semester.  On Wednesday, November 10th, parents will receive an email with instructions on how to make the commitment for their student to return to the brick-and-mortar school instructional setting.  If parents DO NOT want their student to return to the brick-and-mortar instructional setting, they should delete the email and take no further action.  All decisions are final. 

Parents of Students who Currently Attend a Brick-and-Mortar School

During the week of November 29-December 8, parents of students who currently attend a brick-and-mortar school will have the opportunity to make a commitment for their student to enroll in the K-12 HCS Virtual program for second semester.  On Monday, November 29th, parents will receive an email with instructions on how to make the commitment for their student to attend the K-12 HCS Virtual program.  If parents DO NOT want their student to enroll in the K-12 HCS Virtual program for second semester, they should delete the email and take no further action.  All decisions are final.

NOTE:  If parents have changed their email address since completing the initial school registration process, they should contact their student’s base school to update the information.
