The Horry County Board of Education approved the conceptual designs for the new Whittemore Park Middle School. The new replacement school will be located on El Bethel Road in Conway, South Carolina.
New Whittemore Park Middle School features include:
- 39 acres
- 145,000 square feet
- Community Room/Legacy Room
- Capacity – 1050 students
- Budget - $58 million
- Construction to begin in fall/winter 2022
- Opening – 2024-2025 School Year
