Burgess Elementary received the 2015 SC ASCD Whole Child Award from SC Sup't. of Education, Molly Spearman in Columbia this morning.

The Whole Child initiative seeks to identify schools in South Carolina that have created a school culture with programs that exemplify one or more of the five tenets of The Whole Child Initiative: Healthy, Safe, Supported, Challenged, Engaged. Find out more about the SC ASCD Whole Child Program.
