HCS student selected as a Rising Star for SME’s SOUTH-TEC event

AAST Anthony Angone was selected among a special group of students from NC and SC as a Rising Star.

Anthony Angone, of the Academy for the Arts, Science and Technology, was selected among a special group of South Carolina and North Carolina students as a Rising Star for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) SOUTH-TEC event. Students that were recognized for this achievement have excelled in education and have received technical and/or scholastic achievement awards, apprenticeships or were CTE/STEM competition winners in high school, two-or four-year college programs.
