National Technical Honor Society members will meet today (3/21) for the yearbook photo in the courtyard after 3rd block during Blue Jacket Read. If you have questions, please see Mr. Davenport.

This past weekend the Aynor High School Student Council went to Sumter High School for the 2023 Student Council Association of South Carolina Conference. The council placed in the following state categories: 3rd in Scrapbook, 3rd in Community Service, and 1st in Fundraising. We would also lie to congratulate Kaleigh Williams for being elected as the District 2 Chairperson.

Friday, March 24th is the last day to buy prom tickets. Also, please turn in your purple prom contract to Mrs. Thomas in room B-103 by this date. Please note: You will not be allowed to buy a prom ticket if you owe any fees to the school. That includes fees for band, cafeteria, chorus, DECA, dual enrollment, JROTC, library, computers, registration, sports, and textbooks. If you have an overdue library book, turn it in or renew it. If you cannot locate it, pay for it. All fees can be paid to our bookkeeper Mrs. Vickers in the front office.

Please remember to get your Early dismissal forms for the AHS prom turned in now through Tuesday, March 28th . Early dismissal forms need to be returned no later than 11:30 am on Tuesday, March 28th,  and no early dismissal forms will be accepted after this date. Students will not be released any earlier than 11:30 am, his/her scheduled lunch time, or at 1:35 pm. Classes cannot be interrupted. You must be in school for two full blocks in order to attend prom. If your child does not return a signed form, you will need to come sign them out of school in person. This is not an excused absence.

Seniors: Please send a copy of any acceptance letters that you received and any scholarship award letters to guidance by Mon., April 10th. Any questions please see Ms. Madensky in guidance.
