Drop off/ Pick up Procedures

Dear Parents,

This letter is to remind everyone of our parent drop off/pick up procedures and to ask your help as we make some small adjustments. Starting Tuesday, December 1st, students will NOT be allowed to cross the paved loop to go to the parking lot or vice versa (leave parking lot to cross over into the school) during these times: 7:30-8:00 am and 3:15-3:30 pm. To help minimize hazards and to increase safety, we ask that only parents/guardians that are coming inside the building or are parking to wait for students staying after school use the left hand lane to enter the parking lot. All other vehicles should remain in the far right hand lane and follow our drop off/pick up procedures to help safely load and unload students. Please follow the traffic line and remain in the right hand lane, pull your vehicle to the far end of the awning in order to pick up or drop off your child. Students should load and unload ONLY at the awning part of the loop or as safely directed by staff. This procedure will be enforced from 7:30-8:00 am and from 3:15-3:30 pm. Therefore, students should NOT be crossing the paved loop/crosswalk area at these times.
