Waitlist

 

 

Dear Senior and Parents/Guardians:

Seniors at CFHS will have the opportunity to be a part of an action-packed, fun-filled weekend in Orlando, Florida. We will visit the four Disney World Parks, as well as Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure.

The package includes the following:

Roundtrip Bus Transportation

4 Nights' accommodations at one of Disney's All-Star Resorts (4 students to a room)

2-Day Park Hopper Pass (Allows guests to come and go as they please through all four Disney theme parks on the same day, for the length of the ticket)

1 Universal Two-Park Pass

 

Cost per student: $950.00 (Meals not included)

The suggested payment schedule is as follows:

***Trip must be paid in FULL by midnight January 17, 2025. Payment plan is optional.

* No Refunds after January 21, 2025, unless HCS or Disney cancels the trip.

*Once final payments have been made for the buses, rooms, and tickets, there can be no refunds for any reason.

Any student classified as a senior second semester who is in good standing with academics, discipline, and attendance and is eligible to graduate June 2025 can participate. Students will miss two days of school (coded as field trip). The group will depart from CFHS on chartered buses at 1:00PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Buses will depart from Orlando at approximately 7AM Sunday, March 23, 2025. (Group members will receive an official itinerary during a meeting at a later date.) All participants must travel on the buses with the group.

Room assignment requests will be honored if possible. Students will be given the opportunity to indicate roommate preferences once the trip list is finalized. Individual students and parents will be financially responsible for any damages to the buses, hotel rooms or any additional costs related to the rooms such as telephone calls, movies, etc. Any student who exhibits behavior deemed inappropriate or illegal while on the trip will be sent home immediately at his or her parents' expense.
