Ocean Bay Middle Teacher Named the 2022-2023 Marine Educator of the Year

Horry County Schools congratulates Mrs. Cindy Lilly, a 7^th- grade science teacher at Ocean Bay Middle School, who was named the 2022-2023 Marine Educator of the Year by the South Carolina Marine Educators Association. Mrs. Lilly was acknowledged at the annual conference during the awards ceremony on November 5th. Mrs. Lilly works extremely hard in the areas of conservation, sustainability, and marine science.
