The South Carolina High School League hosted the high school boys individual state wrestling tournament on February 24–25 in Anderson, SC. Three HCS students finished the tournament as state champions! Emmanuel Deas of Aynor High won the Class AAA tournament in the 220 lbs. weight class, Braedon Bailey of Carolina Forest High won the Class AAAAA tournament in the 132 lbs. weight class, and Grayson Gollie of St. James High won the Class AAAAA tournament in the 220 lbs. weight class.
