HCS Receives Capital Credit Refund From HTC

Horry County Schools received a Capital Credit refund from HTC for $51,432.16. The HTC Board of Directors approved a 2023 Capital Credit refund of $7.5 million to its membership, and HTC has refunded $174 million to members in the local community since 1979.
