Congratulations to Scott Scrivner, the fine arts specialist for HCS! He has won the Arts Administrator of the Year Award for 2023 from the South Carolina Art Education Association (SCAEA) for his outstanding work and support of visual arts education in South Carolina. He will be recognized and officially presented with the award at a ceremony in Greenville on Saturday, November 18th.
