Norman McQueen to serve as a member of the College Board Southern Regional Council

Norman McQueen College Board graphicCongratulations to Norman McQueen, principal of Scholars Academy High School, for being elected to the College Board Southern Regional Council. The College Board is a not-for-profit association of over 6,000 universities, colleges, schools, and other educational institutions, and it is best known for its college entrance examination, the SAT.

During his three-year term on the council, Mr. McQueen will serve as a link between the College Board and the regional member institutions it serves, bringing suggestions, issues, and concerns about programs and services to the council table. He will meet his fellow council members twice a year to provide advice and engage in finding solutions for challenges facing members and member institutions.

We are proud to have Mr. McQueen represent us on the regional council, and we know his experience leading Scholars Academy High has uniquely prepared him for success in this role.
